Hot Springs Studio in Fairmont will be co-hosting a special 200-hour Yoga Alliance RYT Yoga Teacher Training course in the New Year.

The course is a program offered by Vikara Yoga Academy in Edmonton and graduates will be proficient in and able to teach a wide variety of yoga styles such as Hatha, Flow, restorative, Yin, Kids’, Pre and PostNatal.

Instruction will be given by Jaya Amy, a beloved teacher, known for her poetic teachings and her moon fire skills and Clare Newman, a teacher trainer known for her sense of humour and her abundance of knowledge about the human form. Both teachers are highly esteemed for their traditional teachings and integral spirits aimed to teach with authenticity.

The course will span a series of 8 intensive weekends over a 4-month period from January 13, 2017 to April 30, 2017.

Class size

Class size will be limited to 15 participants in order to maintain the essence of the material and facilitate the development of each trainee during the course itself and beyond.
