SUMMARY:Yoga Teacher Training
DESCRIPTION:Hot Springs Studio in Fairmont will be co-hosting a special 200-hour Yoga Alliance RYT Yoga Teacher Training course in the New Year.\n\nThe course is a program offered by Vikara Yoga Academy in Edmonton and graduates will be proficient in and able to teach a wide variety of yoga styles such as Hatha\, Flow\, restorative\, Yin\, Kids'\, Pre and PostNatal.\n\nInstruction will be given by Jaya Amy\, a beloved teacher\, known for her poetic teachings and her moon fire skills and Clare Newman\, a teacher trainer known for her sense of humour and her abundance of knowledge about the human form.
