Lake Windermere Aquathlon and Trail Run is a premier annual swimming and running competition that takes place in Windermere. The event consists of a 1500-metre swim on south Lake Windermere and a 10-km trail run south of Windermere.

Both the swim and run are in two loops, so there is both a short and long version of each competition. A youth race, relay and family options are available.

The aquathlon is sanctioned by Triathlon BC and is a qualifying competition for two spots in each age group to represent Canada at the 2020 ITU World Championship.
