Syndicate Party this weekend!

The Syndicate Party at the Invermere Community Hall is one of those annual events where everyone gets to have fun. It’s a carnival-style fundraiser for local sports groups.
Kids will have a blast at the FREE Kids Carnival from 5 to 7 PM. There’s going to be:
- a Burton Riglet Park where the young ones can learn to stand and move around on a board in a controlled indoor environment
- a trampoline bounce park and agility course courtesy of Glacier Peaks Gymnastics (donations to the gymnastics club appreciated)
- Face painting
- snow-inspired carnival games
- a sweet ski/snowboard movie
- Hot dogs!
At 8 PM (until late), the doors open again and the Adults get to have FREE fun too:
- Ski/board movie premiere party
- Live music with the Small Town Dirtbags starting at 10 PM
- Beer garden
- Cash only bar with $4 drinks (proceeds go to the Panorama Mountain Freeride Club)
- Popcorn (maybe some leftover hotdogs from the kids carnival too)
We’re having a Ski and Board SHOW & SHINE too! If you have treasured bit of ski or snowboard history that you would like to show off, bring it to the Show & Shine. We’ll supply racks. Give-away for Best in Show
Note: Please plan your safe way home from the Syndicate Party if you are expecting to enjoy the beer garden and bar.
You don’t need a ticket but since the capacity of the hall is limited, entry will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
