The Kootenay Krusher mountain bike race is a single track mountain bike event at Nipika Mountain Resort in Radium Hot Springs. This annual event, now in its 7th year, takes the riders along 50 kilometres of trails in the picturesque heart of the region’s river valley.

The family-friendly race is open to all abilities – from recreational to elite bikers and there’s even an event for two-wheeled toddlers!

Choose from the 50-km team; 25-km, 5-km and and 3-km run-bike events.

Distances and categories:

• 50 km (Male/Female: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+; 2-Person Team*: Open Men, Open Women, Open Mixed)
• 25 km (Male/Female: 14-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+)
• 5 km (Male/Female: 11-13)
• 3 km (Male/Female: 6-10)
• Run Bike Strider Event: (5 & under)
