The Platzl Light Up event will begin at 6 pm with the Kimberley Community Choir in an uplifting performance of traditional carols and modern holiday music.  Promptly at 6:30 pm, we’ll welcome our annual special guest from the North – none other than the jolly old elf himself!

Santa will be available for photos; most years, more than 200 children had their pictures taken with Santa on Light Up night.

There’s hot chocolate too. Why not treat the family to dinner and then some shopping in the local stores. All in all, the annual Platzl Light Up event marks the official beginning of the 2016 holiday season for Kimberley folks.
