Annual Light Up & Snowball Drop 2018
It is now officially “that time of year” once again! And we couldn’t be more excited about it – we LOVE the Holidays!
This year’s Annual Light Up & Snowball Drop in downtown Invermere will be this Saturday, November 17th. Festivities kick off with the 2nd Annual Snowball drop starting at 3:00 pm in the Cenotaph.
The 2018 Snowball Drop will start with the new GUMBALL DROP exclusively for children, with the SNOWBALL DROP to follow, for adults only! This is such an exciting event, growing every year, entirely possible only through the generous donations of local Columbia Valley businesses, among which Inspire Floral Boutique is so proud to be counted.
Gumball and snowball gifts are bound to be fantastic! Gift cards and certificates, gift baskets, clothes, toys, candies, ski passes, hot springs passes, electronics, discounts… you name it!
A Night at the North Pole. As darkness descends, enjoy seeing groups of all ages participate in the annual Santa Clause Parade with floats decorated in all manner of festive trimmings depicting the magical land of the North Pole.
The parade begins at 6:00 pm, so find your place along the downtown route, from Pothole Park through 7th Ave to the BMO corner, and cheer on your favourites!
This is such an exciting day in town and we are so pleased to be involved in this wonderful community event, having fun and helping create Invermere Holiday memories that will last a lifetime!
