The Mount 7 Rec Plex is a community gym in Golden BC, originally built as a high school in the 1960s. A couple of decades later, when a new high school was built,  the Town of Golden took it over from the school board. Today it is a multi-use community complex for various sports and other community activities and events.

All sports which require a hard wood-floored gym floor are hosted here – basketball, badminton, volleyball, gymnastics and others, plus theatre and dinner events.
