The Village of Radium Hot Springs is the governing body of the village, with a mayor and four councilors, who administer such things as budgets, taxes, development and community planning. They actively seek out community input.

With the exception of summer months, Council meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 pm and are open to the public. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers, located at the Village Office.

The office is located at 4836 Radium Blvd.

The Village of Radium Hot Springs is the organizer of many of the popular annual community events held in the village.
