The Radium Golf Group is the company that manages both the Radium Golf Course and the Springs Golf Course. This group maintains both golf courses and conducts the ongoing golf course refurbishment program.

At the Springs course, they have been re-building several holes, constructing or refurbishing several tees, re-sodding, new bunkers, adding trees. At the Radium course, a new first hole green, re-introduction of elevated tees, re-contouring, re-routing, etc. All of the upgrades have been overseen by Les Furber, renowned architect of both courses more than 30 years ago.

The Radium Golf Group has recently entered into a strategic management agreement with the Windmill Golf Group which owns and/or manages several Alberta and US golf courses as well as the Wildstone Golf Course in Cranbrook.
