Fernie Alpine Resort is right up there in the list of iconic ski resorts in Canada. One of the reasons why (in a country that is already known for having some of the best ski resorts in the world) is that its snowdumps are the stuff of legends.

Wonderful resort with tons of terrain and charm! Could easily spend an entire vaca here covering the 5 bowls. Polar Peak a bonus! What views! Also, enjoyed Lost Boys up on the mountain and several food options at base. Town was fun too! We stayed in RV in the parking lot--can ski right to the lot!

Love this mountain the biking is amazing. Rough terrain but very fast. Well worth the trip. Make sure to eat at the rusty edge outstanding food served there
