A Wildsight Earth Day film and AGM for the Invermere Branch is in the works at the Wilmer Community Hall as our special local celebration of the world-wide event.

The AGM begins at 7 PM and we’ll recap what we’ve accomplished in 2016 and what we’re planning for 2017. Find out about our Connecting with Nature program with a focus on Bears, Bees, Beavers and Bats …. and how you can get more involved in Wildsight. We’re looking for like-minded individuals to volunteer on our Committees.

To The Ends of The Earth (http://endsofearthfilm.com) will be shown at 7:30pm. The award-winning documentary follows concerned citizens living at the frontiers of extreme oil and gas extraction, bearing witness to a global crossroads. They call for human ingenuity to rebuild society at the end of the fossil fuel era.

Refreshments and home-baked goods will be served. Please bring your own cup. All your friends will be there.

Admission to the Wildsight Earth Day film will be by donation.
