Slow Food Canada 2016 National Summit’s theme this year is “Feeding the Future”. The event will be hosted by Slow Food Columbia Valley and will take place in various locations in Invermere and the surrounding area.

The 5-day slow food national summit’s agenda is jam-packed with tours of such places as Kicking Horse Coffee, the Community Greenhouse, local farms, etc. with a slow food fair in downtown Invermere,  meetings, panel discussions, slow food meals, a huge gala and so much more.
