Pancakes and Crafts in Edgewater!

Pancakes and crafts are on the menu at the Edgewater Community Hall. The Edgewater Rec Society is having a fundraising event – a combination Pancake Breakfast and Craft Market.
You won’t find a better way to start your day than with this delicious pancake breakfast coming right up! You get:
- 3 pancakes fresh off the griddle
- 3 sausages
- fruit salad
- coffee
The cost is only $6 — and you can add 2 eggs to that for only an extra dollar!
The craft market will be a great place to stock up with some of the local foods you have come to rely on and perhaps try some new ones, then perhaps find a gift for someone special – or maybe just for you. Here are some of the tables we have planned:
- Sophie’s Choice (canning)
- Tegart honey and produce
- Shirley Racine’s crocheting and gluten-free baking
- Diane Rualt’s wood-turned decorations & knickknacks
- Sharon Kamphius’ fused glass
- Leon Wall’s cutting boards
- Karel from Pip’s Store is having a bake table with homemade bread, scones, butter tarts and cinnamon buns
Everyone’s invited so bring the whole family for a delicious breakfast to start the day and enjoy the displays by local artists and artisans.
