Locomotive Ghost will be performing at the Horsethief Creek Pub in Radium Hot Springs  as a stop on their current western Canadian tour.

Formed by singer Mike Buckley and bassist Ben Nixon as students of Selkirk College’s music program in Nelson, BC. A year later they named their group after an Allen Ginsberg poem and later, after graduation, moved to Calgary and added two more members to their number.

Locomotive Ghost recently recorded their fourth full-length release, “Into the Glow”, with award-winning producers Russell Broom and Spencer Cheyne. The group supported the project with a successful crowdfunding campaign in the spring of 2016. “Into the Glow” melds earnest expression with contemporary folk music stylings and relatable indie-pop hooks.
