Fort Steele season opening is Saturday, April 23rd, 2016. Why not take a family trip back in time this weekend and experience the great things about living in a pioneer town way back then? There’s so much to see and do, the question will be, “Where do we start?”

There are more than 60 buildings that have been restored. For instance, you can watch a demo in the Barr & Combs Blacksmith Shop, pan for gold, take a ride on the steam train or the horse-drawn wagon. cool off with a cone from Mrs. Mather’s Ice Cream Parlor, watch a musical onstage at the Wild Horse Theatre.  And don’t forget to take home a loaf bread of some baked goodies, fresh-from the Oh, where to start, where to start?

The Spring Season runs from May 1 to June 17 – hours from 10 am – 4 pm daily

The Summer Season runs from June 18 to September 4 – hours from10 am – 5 pm daily.

Admission Prices:

• Family ( 2 adults + dependent children – $27
• Adults (18-64 yrs) – $12
• Seniors (65+ yrs) – $10
• Youth (6-17 yrs) – $5
• 5 yrs and under – free

Passes are available for the summer season.
