RE-Fresh Family Consignment
Since 1997, RE-Fresh Family Consignment has been offering Columbia Valley residents and visitors great quality gently-used clothing at a small fraction of what they would pay at a department store. First, it was as Kidz Outlet Consignment and now, it is with a brand new name and a brand new style but the same emphasis – RE-Store, RE- Fresh, RE- Purpose! – helping your budget while helping the environment too.
The RE-Fresh Family Consignment Story
The business grew from Rosie Gillham’s experiences as a young person accompanying her mom while she shopped for her 11 grandchildren in a consignment store an hour’s drive away from their Invermere home. Rosie loved helping her mother get great ‘deals’ on kids’ clothes, toys and more and when, in later years she was looking to start her own business, having a consignment shop was what she wanted to do.
Rosie and a friend started RE-Fresh Family Consignment as a for-kids-only business; after a year, she took it over and has been on her own ever since. Gradually, over the years, she began to feature clothing for the entire family and it has proved to be a good decision.
They’re located in the lower level beneath Lambert-Kipp Pharmacy on Main Street.
A visit to the Store
A visit to RE-Fresh is a fun-filled treat. The store’s new vintage feel is delightfully shabby-chic. Clothing for men, women and kids, toys, shoes and old records neatly fill the shelves. You will also find nursery furniture, car seats, strollers and high-chairs – everything you might need for the newest little members of the community.
The stock is constantly changing to provide a new experience for shoppers each time they visit, so if you don’t see what you are looking for today, come back soon.
Because Rosie is particular about the products she sells, all the items are clean and in good condition. Safety is a top priority and she makes sure that the toys and infant equipment she displays conform to government safety regulations.

As much as Rosie Gillham loves getting a good deal for herself, she also loves giving one to her clients and customers. Her consignment fees are generous and shoppers get excellent quality for really great prices.
