Rock the Fort! with us at Fort Steele

We are very excited to welcome Chad Brownlee, David James and shred Kelly to the stage for this grand and historic occasion!

Fernie-based band, Shred Kelly will open the show shortly after 5 pm. Members Tim Newton, Sage McBride, Jordan Vlasschaert, Ian Page-Shiner and Ty West have a unique, contemporary approach to traditional folk music which is called  ‘Stoke Folk’.

Kelowna-born Chad Brownlee  is a former pro hockey defense-man and present-day Canadian country music artist who has garnered multiple awards including the 2016 BCCMA Male Vocalist and Album of the Year and 2017 JUNO nomination for his ‘Hearts on Fire’.  You can hear his music at:http://chadbrownlee.com

David James, originally from Winnipeg, is a gifted singer/songwriter who was nominated for the 2014 Canadian Country Music Association Discovery Award and in 2016, two Canadian Country Music Association CCMA award nominations.  His star has definitely risen and continues to rise.  Learn more about David James and listen to his music at: http://davidjamesmusic.ca/
