The Summer Fair, in its 3rd year, is quickly rising to the top of the charts as one of the Columbia Valley’s most popular family events of the season.

This year, the fair will be celebrating with the new owners of Town and Country Feed and Supplies at the Agri Park.

There is an exciting line-up of things to do and see – all of it amounting to a day of fun and learning for every member of the family.

There will be close to 40 booths, displaying everything from information about the many agricultural-related non-profit organizations in the Columbia Valley to crafts, food and a few surprises.

The Windermere Saddle Club is hosting a Funday event at the Summer Fair and your kids will love the pony rides.

Is it really possible to wash a car with only a pail of water? Well the Lake Windermere Ambassadors are determined to prove that it’s not only possible, but very do-able. They’re hosting a ‘waterless’ (well almost) car-wash so plan on getting in line for this event.

Parking at the Agri Park will be by donation, so please be generous. Your contribution will be shared by various local organizations.

So pack up the family, bring lots of sunscreen and don’t forget the camera! There will be so many memories to capture at this year’s Summer Fair.
