The Columbia Valley Early Years Coalition (CVEYC), formerly the Windermere Valley Early Childhood Development Team, is a strong, inclusive group that works together to achieve their mission to “recognize and respond to the unique needs of children from 0 to 6 years of age and their families” in the Columbia Valley. They service the area that includes:

•    Edgewater
•    Fairmont Hot Springs
•    Harrogate
•    Invermere
•    Radium Hot Springs
•    Spillimacheen
•    Wilmer
•    Windermere

The Early Years Coalition is a valuable resource for local and regional agencies as well. They meet on a monthly basis to exchange information, shares expertise and resources to promote the healthy development of the youngest of our Columbia Valley children, offering free information and various free programs throughout the year.
