DESCRIPTION:In these wall art workshops at Inspire Floral Boutique you will create a funky do-it-yourself wall art piece using pallet board\, chalk paint and a gnarly branch. Learn how to work with chalk paint on a large wood surface. Learn distressing and layering techniques. Learn how to work with wax as a finishing technique.\n\nThese are part of Inspire’s line-up of learning opportunities where you can get out with your friends and get those creative juices flowing. The workshops use the fabulous eco-friendly chalk paint and all-natural sealers produced by American Paint Company.\n\nWorkshop dates:\n\nApril 19\, 6:30-8:30 pm\nApril 24\, 6:30-8:30 pm\nApril 27\, 1-3 pm\n\n\nPlace: Inspire Floral Boutique\, downtown Invermere\nAvailability: 4-6 people per class\nPrice: $60/person (must pre-pay to hold your spot)\n\nWhat you get:\n\nthe wall art that you create\n1 - 4 oz pot of APC paint in a colour of your choice\n\n\nWe provide all the tools you will need to get the job done.
