DESCRIPTION:"Ullr Bar\, May Long Valley Strong" is the theme of the grand opening of the brand new Ullr Bar in Invermere. For those of us who haven't heard the term "Ullr" before\, Ullr is the Viking god of snow and Ullr translated into English means “Glory” (pronounce "ooler")\n\nOn Friday May 18th Josh Wall\, Victoria Lang\, and Richard Matthews will be opening the new ULLR BAR\, using the viking and community theme throughout. with Viking helmets\, bull horn beer mugs\, sharing family style food\, a communal dining table\, and most of all\, spending time with friends and family. There will be brand new food items\, wine listings\, draft beer and the valley’s best cocktails created by local bartender Josh Wall.\n\nIn celebration of the event\, there will be FREE entertainment all weekend.\n\nFriday\, May 18th  - the Grand Opening night with the local cover band\, Small Town dirt Bags. The show will be headlined by Shred Kelly. NO COVER.\n\nSaturday\, May 19th - it's all local DJ’s starting with DJ Das Booty\, DJ Wil C\, and DJ Juiceman. They will take all your requests and it's FREE.\n\nSunday\, May 20th - the Ullr Bar is proud to present Big Eli and the Blues Band. Eli is an unbelievable talent that was born and raised in Invermere.
