DESCRIPTION:The Toonie Tuesday running and biking event is your opportunity to get some great exercise and fresh air on a beautiful trail at Lake Lillian with a group of folks who like to do the same.\n\nIt's a FUN-first event which takes place the 2nd Tuesday of the month until October. Not a competition - just some healthy fun. We run and bike for an hour along one of the local trails. You can choose to bike\, run or do both and complete as many laps as you like within an hour.\n\nThis month's Toonie Tuesday event is along the Kloosifier Trail. You can bike or run solo or get a team together.\n\nHere's the schedule:\n[su_list icon="icon: arrow-right" icon_color="#f69d01"]\n\n \t5:45 PM - 6:15 PM - Registration $2 per person\n \t6:30 PM - event begins\n \tFollowing the run - a BBQ\n\n[/su_list]\n\nThe Columbia Valley Cycling Society's goal is to have a strong community of both trail runners and mountain bikers in the Columbia Valley and your Toonies will add up to support this effort.\n\nToonie Tuesday is for CVCS members.  To become a member\, there are two options available:\n\n[su_list icon="icon: arrow-right" icon_color="#f69d01"]\n\n \tRegister online at: http://columbiavalleycyclingsociety.org/membership-2/\n \tRegister at the trail before the event.
