DESCRIPTION:This special Thomas Yu concert will be brought to Invermere's Christ Church Trinity by the Columbia Valley Arts Council's 'Live Music in the Columbia Valley' series.\n\nCelebrated Canadian pianist\, Thomas Yu\, is one of the most recognized amateur musicians in the world\, and was the unanimous winner of the prestigious seventh Cliburn International Amateur Piano Competition. His program will include Chopin Fantasie Op. 43 and Haydn sonata in E flat.\n\n“I think a person’s duty in life is to create something beautiful for whoever or whatever you believe in.
