SUMMARY:Sue Wells Art Day for Kids
DESCRIPTION:Sue Wells Art Day for Kids is a FREE annual event in honor of the late Sue Wells\, patron of the arts and art teacher for many years.\n\n“I paint because I love it” - Sue Wells.  She wanted young people to develop a love of art too and her foundation provides opportunities for children to be exposed to the creative process at an early age.\n\nThis free art day is geared to children aged 5 years and up. Choose from two workshops:\n\n \t12:00 pm\n \t2:00 pm\n\n Pre-register your child or children early by calling Black Star Studios at 250-342-6663.\n\nThe Sue Wells Foundation\, the BC Arts Council and in-kind donations by Sign Artists\, From Scratch\, Sobeys and Black Star Studios make the event possible in Invermere each year.\n\nThanks to the BC Arts Council for funding the Sue Wells Art Day for Kids and in-kind donations by Sign Artists\, From Scratch\, Sobeys and Black Star Studios.
