The combination somehow works in perfect harmony on the taste buds and that is why we're having a poutine palooza.\n\nThe Columbia Valley Poutine Palooza is a week-long event\, involving several valley restaurants. During the week\, visit the participating spots\, order their poutine\, enjoy and judge.
