DESCRIPTION:A Hoop-a-Lot Tour workshop is coming to Invermere! If you want to enjoy the most fun ever while keeping fit\, this hooping class is something you won't want to miss!\n\nShawna\, 'The Hulagan' who has been sharing the skills of hooping for 4 years to the Rockies and Kootenays\, is a specialist in bringing fun\, a spunky attitude and physical fitness like you've never seen before.\n\nHer business\, Spiral Motion Hoops\, is dedicated to helping people\, aged 15+ years\, move and keep fit in an enjoyable\, low-impact way. Every hula hoop is hand-crafted with precision and care and each hoop is unique. Working out has never been so much fun!\n\nFormed and located in the Rocky Mountains\, Spiral Motion hoops hopes to share the appreciation of flow arts with folks in Invermere.\n\nIn this workshop\, students will learn basic transitional movements with a hula hoop\, covering off-body as well as on body styles. The class is low impact and multi level so it's friendly for first timers as well as skilled hoopers. Bring your own hoop or borrow one of ours.
