DESCRIPTION:The First Saturdays Arts and Culture Series is a monthly summertime event that brings the people of Kimberley BC together to celebrate the arts\, the culture and the heritage of the community. There is much to celebrate\, with a huge variety of spectacular and fun festivities that showcase the unique richness of this beautiful corner of the Columbia Valley.\n\nOn the first Saturday of each month\, from July to October\, visitors to First Saturdays can enjoy live entertainment\, guided tours on the many trails in the area\, arts workshops and great food specials at local restaurants.\n\nWhen you visit a First Saturdays event\, you can expect to enjoy:\n\n•    Live Music\n•    High Tea\n•    Art demonstrations\n•    Children’s areas  with clowns\, face painting\, creative stations\, etc.\n•    Nature Walks\n•    Live Theatre\n•    Restaurant Specials\n•    Dusty Downhill Trail Run\n•    Art Market and demonstrations\n•    Marysville Artisans demonstrations and workshops\n•    Center 64 art exhibit\n•    Outdoor concert\n\nPlan to join the celebration this summer.
