SUMMARY:Cinefest film – “Grandma”
DESCRIPTION:"Grandma" is the last Cinefest film of the season. The comedy/drama stars Lily Tomlin in the role of Grandma Elle\, a lesbian poet grieving the recent death of her long-time life partner. Elle receives a visit from her granddaughter\, Sage\, who tells her grandmother that she is pregnant and wants $630 for an abortion. Since both Grandma and Elle are broke\, they embark on a road trip to come to terms with their troubles. The story is about inter-generational relationships and how our past is never really left behind. The film is suitable for all ages.\n\nThere will be a cash bar\, light refreshments\, popcorn and other favorite theatre snacks.
