It doesn’t hurt that his trio is rounded out by guitarist/fiddler Mike Mezzatesta and bassist James McEleney\, musicians with versatility to match his own. Raw and grooving bluegrass music played with the grace and sophistication of a classical string quartet.\n\n“Melding multiple genres after absorbing each of their boundaries – all towards extrapolating brave new musical worlds that can only be thought of as their own creation.
