SUMMARY:2-day abstract acrylic workshop with Paula Cravens
DESCRIPTION:This abstract acrylic workshop will be a two-day class with well-known East Kootenay artist and Headwaters Art Society member\, Paula Cravens.\n\nOn Friday\, April 28th\, the evening before the actual Adventures in Abstract Acrylic workshop begins\, there will be a wine and cheese reception in the lobby of the Lodge at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort with an opportunity to view Paula's art which will be on display. The public is welcome to attend and may purchase wine tickets at the front desk.\n\nIncluded in the cost of the workshop are:\n\n \tall materials\n \tchoice of lunches\n \tcoffee\, tea and snacks\n \t2 wine tickets for the Friday evening reception\n\nThere will be demonstrations in stamps\, tape transfers\, gelli prints and the mounting watercolor paper to board.\n\nPaula will be discussing composition\, focal points and color theory and students will paint\, paint\, paint!\n\nCost for the workshop is $180 and payment is due at registration.
