On the main floor is a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a comfortably furnished living room with access to a good-sized west-facing deck with BBQ and patio furniture, looking over a large yard and backing onto Copper Point’s Ridge golf course.
Also, on the main floor are the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. The half bathroom is on this level.
The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a full bathroom on this level plus a family room with flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo and pool table for hours of fun and companionship.
The home has laundry facilities and all fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps and all paper products are supplied. Note: This property does not have Internet access.

Besides golf, there are lots of things to do and see in Invermere and the surrounding area in the summer months. There are swimming, boating, water skiing and tubing on Lake Windermere and picnicking at the local parks. You can trail-ride into the nearby wilderness areas or hike on the mountain trails. Try white-water rafting on Toby Creek or kayaking into the Columbia Wetlands for viewing the many species of wildlife that live there. Invermere’s downtown section offers lovely boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and an old-fashioned movie theatre.
In the winter, Panorama Mountain Village is just a 20-minute drive away, with downhill, cross-country and heli-skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, dogsledding and lots more. In town, there are skating on Lake Windermere, ice fishing, the Bonspiel-on-the-Lake in January and Winterlude, the town’s salute to the season.
