The main floor has high, beamed ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area and living area with a floor-to-ceiling river-rock wood-burning fireplace, TV, DVD and two pull-out sofa beds. Off the kitchen is a west-facing deck, backing onto a lovely wooded area, with BBQ and your own private hot tub.
The master bedroom is on the main level, with a king-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom.
Located off the upstairs catwalk are two bedrooms, one with a split king-sized bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom.
On the lower, walk-out level, there is another living area with gas fireplace and wet bar, plus another two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds. A third full bathroom is on this level.
Fresh towels, linens, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are provided.
Besides the Trickle Creek Golf Course, there are also several other championship 18-hole courses within a short distance of your vacation rental home. The nearby Kimberley Nature Park offers 1,800 acres of trails for hiking and biking and there are kayaking, rafting and great fly fishing in the area as well.
Winter brings huge snowfalls to Kimberley Alpine Resort and with 1,800 acres of gently rolling and groomed runs and deep glades, skiers of every level of ability can have exciting adventures on the slopes. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on beautifully maintained trails, or even dogsledding are available. Bring your skates and enjoy the resort’s skating rink, lit at night, with bonfires to keep fingers and toes warm.
When you want a bit of a change, a visit to Kimberley’s downtown Platzl will be just the ticket, with its Bavarian-themed shops and restaurants serving authentic European cuisine.
