This pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom Invermere BC vacation rental home sleeps 9 people, is close to several golf courses and is an easy walk to the amenities in Invermere’s main business area.
Located in desirable Lochend Lane, the home’s main floor features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining table and access to a north-facing deck with BBQ and patio furniture. There is also a comfy living room with 50” TV, DVD, stereo, X-Box and stone-faced gas fireplace and a half bath. The floors on this level are hardwood.
The upper floor contains the 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a full bathroom on this level.
The basement family area has a single bed, a pull-out couch, a TV and a foosball table.
Washer and dryer are on the premises and fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps, and paper products are supplied. The property has wireless internet. There is a nominal pet fee of $25 per night or $100 for 4 nights or longer.
In this ideal location, you have access to great summertime activities within walking distance or a very short drive. Two lakeside parks within the town offer sandy beaches, green spaces with shade trees and picnic tables for hours of fun with the whole family. The lake also offers boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and even kayaking into the Columbia wetlands to view hundreds of species of birds and other wildlife. There are also hiking along alpine trails, sky-diving, sight-seeing and browsing all the lovely boutiques and art galleries in Invermere’s business district.

In winter, you are only a 20-minute drive from Panorama Mountain Village where you can downhill, cross-country or heli-ski, snowboard, snowshoe, toboggan or even dogsled. Down at Kinsmen Beach, there is always a skating rink or two where you can pleasure skate or enjoy an impromptu game of hockey.
