An ideal summer retreat, this recently upgraded 3-bedroom, 1½-bathroom Windermere vacation rental townhome at the Akiskinook Resort sleeps 6 people and pets are welcome.
On the main floor are a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo and wood-burning fireplace.
On the lower walk-out level, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on this level.
There is a south–facing walk-out patio with picnic table and an upper deck with patio furniture and scenic views of the mountains and valley.
Akiskinook Resort has many amenities for your enjoyment as a guest. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, games room, private beach, private dock, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and lots of green space.
Fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps, and paper products are supplied. There is a pet fee of $25 per night or $100 for 4 nights or longer.
Just a short drive will take you into Invermere where there are golf courses, quaint shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs and an old-fashioned movie theatre. Hiking along mountain trails is a popular summertime activity or there is trail riding into the backcountry, white-water rafting, a lively arts and cultural scene to be explored and much more.
