Set on a immaculately landscaped property and loaded with all the amenities your family is looking for, it is within easy walking distance of Riverside golf course and only a very short drive to Fairmont Hot Springs golf course.
On the main level, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, an island and breakfast bar plus a dining area with access to the back-yard patio. The large family dining room also has outdoor access to the patio and there is a living room with fireplace, a media room and all 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a full ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom a single bed plus a single trundle bed and the fourth bedroom featrues a queen, a double and a single bed.
On the lower level, there is a huge games room with a flat-screen TV, ping-pong table, foosball, darts and a wet bar.
Outdoors is a gorgeous 700-sq-ft pool for use in spring and summer only, weather permitting.
Laundry facilities and an internet modem are onsite. All fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are supplied.
Golfing is a huge attraction at Fairmont Hot Springs. There are 36 holes of spectacular golf at Riverside and Mountainside golf courses and if you like golf but aren’t so serious, there are par 3 courses just for you!
During the summer, your family can spend hours at Fairmont Hot Springs outdoor water park with the 3-storey waterslide and spray park. A family day pass is $40 and a family week pass is $100.
There are hiking/cycling trails in the Fairmont area, plus trail rides into the surrounding backcountry, a climb up to the Hoodoos, boating on nearby Columbia Lake, a trip to the hot springs and perhaps a rafting trip on the Columbia River.
