It comfortably sleeps 7 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an airy open-plan living area. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and ensuite, the second bedroom contains a single/double bunk bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there are a second TV, DVD, Internet, corner electric fireplace, washer/dryer, air conditioning and balcony with patio furniture and BBQ. The floors in the entry, kitchen and both bathrooms are ceramic tile. Fresh towels, linens, dishcloths, soaps and paper products are supplied.
Enjoy the common-area hot tub and fitness room year round, and the outdoor pool during the summer months. A beach, playground and picnic tables at James Chabot Provincial Park are only a two-minute walk from your door and there are several good family restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a marina for mooring your boat or renting one by the day.
Invermere’s downtown area, just up the hill, offers lovely boutiques, art galleries, cafes, fine restaurants, a movie theatre and an arena. There are several world-class golf courses nearby and a 20-minute drive will take you to Panorama Mountain Resort for winter fun on the slopes. You can paddle in the Columbia wetlands, raft on exciting whitewater or hike on the many trails in the area, so there is something for everyone in the family.
