In the constantly evolving world of technology used for property sales and marketing, the fact that Geoff doesn’t have 10+ years of experience in older methods is probably one of his greatest assets. “I grew up using computers and I learn new things quickly. When I was in high school I actually did all of my classes on a laptop for two years as part of a computer immersion program,” says Geoff.

When he started in 2008, the real estate market turned for the worse and he had to work second jobs to ensure he could pay his real estate fees. “I worked a lot outside real estate at the beginning and it actually turned out to be an amazing opportunity for meeting people. I met a lot of my clients that way.”

Geoff says despite the fact that he’s young and proficient with technology, where others may not be, doesn’t automatically qualify him to market homes. “Work ethic, problem solving, drive and enthusiasm for what you do are the most important things any sales and marketing person can bring to the table for their clients, no matter what you’re marketing.”
